How can I make a reservation?
You can make reservations on our website at www.snorkelandbeachtour.com or by calling us at 787-863-2821. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Private charters require a signed contract and deposit.
When should I book my tour?
As soon as you know your preferred date. Spaces fill up quickly, especially on weekends and holidays. Book no later than 8:00 pm the day before your trip (subject to availability).
When do I pay for the tour?
All tours must be paid in full at the time of booking.
cancellations & Refunds
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You can make reservations on our website at www.snorkelandbeachtour.com or by calling us at 787-863-2821. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Private charters require a signed contract and deposit.
- Individual reservations: Must cancel 48 hours or more before departure to avoid charges.
- Groups of 10 or more: Must cancel 72 hours or more before departure.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will be charged in full.
- No-shows are charged the full tour and transportation rate.
- Rescheduling to another available day may be possible for a $25 fee per person.
- Weather-related cancellations (decided by the captain/management) are fully refundable or transferable.

Yes. Round-trip transportation is available from major hotels in San Juan and Río Grande for $35 per person. Please call at least 48 hours in advance to arrange.
What if Iʻm staying at an AirBnB or Condo?
Provide us with your lodging address, and we’ll direct you to the nearest designated pickup location.

Guests must arrive at Villa Marina in Fajardo 1 hour prior to departure.

- Tobias Icacos Half Day Tours: Check-in 7:00 am, depart 8:00 am.
- Traveler Catamaran Sailing Tours: Check-in Check-in 7:30 am, depart 8:30 am.
- Theo Culebra Experience: Check-in 7:30 am, depart 8:30 am.
What if Iʻm staying at an AirBnB or Condo?
Provide us with your lodging address, and we’ll direct you to the nearest designated pickup location.
food & Drinks
What is included for Lunch?
- Theo Culebra Power Boat, Traveler Catamaran & Tobias Power Boat: Deli-style buffet (local bread, ham, turkey, cheese, bean salad, pasta salad, fruits, cookies).
- Sea Runner: Kabobs or charcuterie boards (depending on morning/afternoon charter).
Are drinks unlimited?
Yes. Unlimited water, sodas, piña coladas, rum punch, and fruit punch are included. Local beer and premium drinks are available for purchase.
Can we bring our own alcohol or coolers?
No. Outside alcohol, coolers, or glass containers are not permitted.
I have allergies.
Please let us know at the time of booking so our team can make the necessary accommodations.
snorkeling & swimming
Do I need to know how to swim?
Basic swimming skills are recommended. We provide flotation devices for all guests, and non-swimmers are welcome to stay on board or use flotation aids.
What if itʻs my first time snorkeling?
Our crew provides easy instructions and supervision. We also have a crew member in the water with the group during snorkeling stops.
Do you provide snorkeling equipment?
Yes, we provide quality masks, snorkels, and flotation devices. Guests may bring their own gear if they prefer.
How long do we snorkel?
Snorkeling time is about 45 minutes at a reef stop.
comfort & safety
Does the boat have bathrooms?
Yes, all of our vessels (Traveler, Tobias, Theo, Sea Runner) are equipped with bathrooms. The marina also has restrooms.
What should I bring?
- Bathing suit (wear under clothes)
- Tumbler cup
- Towel
- Biodegradable sunscreen (no aerosol sprays)
- Sunglasses, hat, sandals
- Change of dry clothes
- Waterproof camera or phone case (available for purchase onboard for $20)
Why is aerosol sunscreen not permitted?
Spray sunscreen damages the boats and can make surfaces slippery. Lotion or reef-safe sunscreen is preferred.
What is the age limit?
- Theo (Culebra): Minimum age is 5 years old.
- Traveler & Tobias (Icacos): Children 4 years and older.
- Infants and toddlers under 4 are not permitted for safety reasons.
- No pregnant women are allowed on any tours.
Are pets or service animals allowed?
No. Pets and service animals are not permitted onboard for safety and sanitary reasons.
Can my partner come if they donʻt swim?
Yes, non-swimmers are welcome to enjoy the beach, boat amenities, and drinks. However, there is no discount as space is limited.
Can I wear shoes on the boat?
All guests must be barefoot onboard for safety and cleanliness. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons (clean footwear required).

- Traveler and Tobias are going to Icacos: Uninhabited island with clear turquoise waters, perfect for snorkeling and relaxing on the beach.
- Theo is going to Culebra: A municipality island, home to world-famous Flamenco Beach and other pristine beaches.
- Captain’s Choice: Stops may vary based on weather and sea conditions.
How long is the tour?
- Traveler Catamaran (Icacos): 6 hours (8:30 am – 2:30 pm).
- Tobias Half Day (Icacos): 4 hours (8:00 am – 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm).
- Theo Culebra: 6 hours (8:30 am – 2:30 pm).
- Sea Runner Private Charter: 3 to 5 hours depending on booking.
How long do we spend at the beach?
Approximately 2 to 2.5 hours at the beach, depending on the itinerary.
What happens if it rains or the sea is rough?
The captain and management may adjust the itinerary (for example, Theo may go to Vieques instead of Culebra). If conditions are unsafe, the trip will be canceled and you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
